Shipping

Shipping within germany needs generally 2-5 days. In your personal account you can always check the actual state of your order.

Delivery
Wir liefern solange der Vorrat reicht. Shipping only within germany and certain named countries. Please ask us for shipping espacially to countries outside of the EU.

Shipping costs

In general engelcosmetic charges Euro 5,00 for orders within germany up to 5 kg total weight, shipping with DPD. Some exceptions will be charged different. In this case, we´ll inform you previously.
In business dealings we are entitled to send part orders, in this case, we only charge shipping costs one time.

Damage or loss during shipment/return

engelcosmetic takes all risk of shipping. Should be something damaged during shipping, please use your right of return (see general conditions of use). Please add documents of garanty and copy of the bill. Any complaints are to be reported to our employees before return. Our employees will give you further information on how to return materials. Freight collect mails are not accepted, unless it was explicitly arranged with our employees. For example, up to a value of 40 Euros, we accept the return mail costs.

payment

You can affect payment by prepaiment, paypal, cash on delivery or direct debit. We reserve our right to exceptions concerning amount.

You can chose direct debit with filling out the concerning fields.

To cancel the authorisation of direct debit
Certainly, you can always cancel our authorisation of direct debit.
